Vira Diamonds does not handle shipping for marketplace transactions.When you buy or sell diamonds through our marketplace, shipping arrangements are made directly between the buyer and seller.

Our Role: We provide the platform to connect verified buyers and sellers, facilitate secure payments through escrow, and ensure transaction authenticity.

Shipping Responsibility: Sellers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping diamonds to buyers according to mutually agreed terms.

Insurance & Tracking: Both parties should arrange appropriate insurance and tracking for high-value diamond shipments. We recommend using specialized diamond courier services.
